Cascade juniper bonsai

The cascade is the point of this juniper. The branches pour down and out past the pot, so the tree reaches 41 cm from front to back although the trunk stands only 20 cm high. Seen as a number on its own, the 20 cm height undersells it. It comes in the ceramic pot shown.

The pot

The pot is a deep square in speckled rust-brown unglazed ceramic, 21.3 x 21.3 x H15 cm, with a flared rim, outlined panels and cut feet. A deep square is the right pot for a cascade, because it gives the fall a stable base and room to hang.

About this specimen

The photos show the plant you will receive, pot included. A cascade looks different from every side, so look through all five photos to read the shape. The tree is 20 cm high, 41 cm deep and 21 cm wide, with a trunk of 9 cm. Every juniper bonsai is unique, and this one has its own fall, trunk and foliage. It is packed in a wooden crate for safe delivery.
