1. Trees

• No Refunds: Due to the delicate nature of bonsai trees and the care required to maintain their health, we cannot offer refunds on any trees once they have been purchased. All sales of bonsai trees are final.

2. Pots and Accessories

• Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds on pots and accessories (including bonsai pots, slabs, and cutting tools) within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.

3. Return Process

• Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
